compareit4me’s tech evangelist smashes it at Angelhack Dubai 2016!

 AngelHack's 9th Global Hackathon Series kicked off just last weekend, with our first event taking place in Dubai at Microsoft! Over attendees showed up to hack with some epic tech from our sponsors.  Check out this guest post from Sonja Stephen!

All of us here at compareit4me HQ have spent the day beaming with pride after our super talented (and cool) coding ninja Minhaj smashed it at AngelHack Dubai 2016 over the weekend.

The event, which has been running for four years and has seen over 250 hackathons hosted in more than 72 cities around the globe, is the perfect place for awesome coders to show off their skills.

And show off his awesome skills compareit4me’s Minhaj most certainly did. He and his team presented their fab new app called Selfielyzer, the beautiful and fun way to reply to family and friends’ posts, and it went down a storm.

With the Selfielyzer app (which is free!) you can find out exactly how your friends feel about the picture or video you’ve posted, by anazlysing their facial expression. Yes, this app reads faces and then tells you if they’re happy, sad, surprised, etc. Great, right?

Huge congrats to Minhaj who is not only part of a team of clever coders, but also a winner of a great prize, which includes an interview with Microsoft Gulf HR, a one-on-one with technical evangelist and a BizSpark nomination.
